The call has been answered. These anointed, dynamic, singers and musicians have stepped out to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. They live by their name, Souled-Out. In this day and age where conforming to the world may appear to be  the answer, Souled-Out has accepted the challenge of being radical and ministering through their gifts and talents by using them for God’s glory and to bring lost souls to Christ.

 

With their energetic, exciting, eccentric, spirit-filled, and out-the-box style of ministering through song, this group will truly take the gospel ministry by storm. Trust and know, this group is not here to entertain ,Souled-Out is only doing what they are called to do, which is to be disciples of Christ. They live what they sing about, and with every heart-filled moment in song, people have told the group that they are encouraged and even inspired to continue serving Jesus Christ.

 

Souled-Out was joined together in March 2008. This group from Hammond, LA is  trying to prepare for the great things that the Lord has in store for them, individually as well as collectively. They are very versatile and come from various backgrounds; Each member has a very distinct sound, style and personality. Each member comes from the surrounding areas of Hammond, La. The Lord knows how to bring the appointed together to work in his will. One can truly say, that they are Divinely connected. 

 

Although they have been singing together for over three years, they have already accomplished so much within their ministry. Souled-Out, along with the support of Jai Reed and J-Crew productions, has placed their name on the map within the gospel music industry. Souled-Out rocked their live debut concert in Hammond, LA in 2008. Also, Souled-Out has performed at events such as the French Quarter Festival, Non-Violence Rally at Southern University, John P Kee VIP Conference, Bobby Jones Gospel Pre-Show, The African American Heritage Festival and numerous worship services and youth seminars. 

 

Yes, they have traveled near and far to share their commitment to christ with others, but they realize that home is where it counts the most. Each member of the group is devoted to their home churches, there are some who are praise and worship leaders, choir directors, youth counselors, ministry workers/supporters, and musicians for local churches. They truly know how to be dedicated to the house of God as well as the undershepherd of the house. Souled-Out truly believes that they can carry what they are spiritually fed from being under Gods covering and share the Word with those  they encounter while on this sprit filled musical journey. Dedication to their home churches and personal relationship with the Lord  is what will keep them abased in the Lord and abounding in His word. Souled-Out is known for their vocal harmony, energetic presentation, creative and gospel-based songs, their unique look, and fierce unity. This group understands that in order to carry on within the ministry they must be on one accord under the Holy Spirit. Everywhere that they go, people recognize the close bond that they share. So, this is more than just a singing group this is a family.  They are not only sold out for Christ, but they are truly committed and sold out to each other. Also, they are on one accord as to the purpose of the ministry. 

 

So, many are inspired and encouraged by this magnificent group, but Souled-Out has been influenced by such greats  as Jai Reed, Lamont Jackson and A New beginning, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Tye Tribbett & GA, J Moss, John P Kee, The Clark Singers, Mary Mary, BeBe & CeCe Winans, Marvin Sapp, James Fortune & Fiya, Micah Stampley, Donald Lawerence, Deitrick Haddon, and the legendary Dr. Bobby Jones. Some of the members of this group has previously experience success through traveling with Gospel recording artist Lamont Jackson & A New Beginning. In that time they toured the country while being signed to Tyscott Records.  
     
Look out world!! Souled-Out is boldly coming onto the scene and are not afraid to give it their all for the Lord. These disciples are prepared and still in preparation for whatever the Lord may bring, and they are hungry for His will. Truly they are ecstatic for the Lord because nothing  will stop them from getting to the mark of the higher calling.
